I decided that a blog would be the best way to share our favorite recipes. Specifically ones that are fast and easy. So start posting so it's easier for us all to plan our menus. If you try a recipe, rate it in the comments.
By the way, pretty much all of these recipes are from seeing one we would like to try so we put it on here just so we can find them again. Only a few of them are originally ours.

Fresh Onions and Mushrooms Don't Freeze Well
I just figured this out, they end up really nasty. If you need to freeze them cook them first, they turn out a lot better that way.
