Ingredients
 
1 pkg chocolate fudge cake mix
1/2 c butter melted
1 egg
Stuff for filling
Preheat oven to 325.  Spray mini muffin pan.  Combine ingredients and mix well.  Scoop batter into muffin cups.  Bake 10-12 min or until edges are set.  Remove pan and press tops of brownies in with a tart shaper or a round scoop to make indentations.  Cool in pan 15 min.  Gently remove from pan, cool.  Cups will be firm.  
Filling
1 sm pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 c half and half
8 oz cool whip
Mix pudding with half and half.  Fold in whipped topping.  Pipe or spoon filling into formed cups.  Store tightly container in fridge.  Best served chilled.
