Cool Mint Brownies

1 package brownie mix (plus ingredients to make)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1/3 cup powdered sugar
25 Andes mints (or Andes mint chips)

Mix brownies in Classic Batter Bowl. Pour into Rectangular Baker; bake according to package directions. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar in Small Batter Bowl until smooth. Using Large Spreader, spread over cooled brownies. Chop 15 unwrapped Andes mints with Crinkle Cutter. Sprinkle over brownie. Unwrap other mints and place in Small Micro-Cooker. Microwave 30 seconds to one minute and stir until smooth. Using V-Shaped Cutter, drizzle melted mints over brownie. Serve with Mini-Serving Spatula.
