Parmesan Chicken

1 cube melted butter
1 c. parmesan cheese
¾ c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. oregano
½ tsp each salt/pepper/paprika

Combine all except butter.

4-6 chicken breasts (cut in half/If the chicken is really thick I will cut it in half to make it thinner)

Dip chicken in melted butter, roll in crumb mixture. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.

Very, very good. I usually don't like eating a piece of chicken, but really liked this. I put the leftover cheese mixture all over the chicken after coating it, then drizzled it in extra butter. (healthy, right?) Made the chicken very moist and full of flavor. The extra cheese and butter was good on rice. 4 stars
