1 C frozen berries any kind you prefer
1 banana
1 C fresh pineapple
¾ C Milk or Soymilk
Protein Powder if desired
Blend until smooth, add more or less milk depending on your preference

I decided that a blog would be the best way to share our favorite recipes. Specifically ones that are fast and easy. So start posting so it's easier for us all to plan our menus. If you try a recipe, rate it in the comments. By the way, pretty much all of these recipes are from seeing one we would like to try so we put it on here just so we can find them again. Only a few of them are originally ours.
