2 handfuls of greens (spinach, kale, etc)
1 cored apple (I like the texture better with it peeled)
2 bananas
water, enough to fill about half the blender, add more if needed
Blend until smooth

I decided that a blog would be the best way to share our favorite recipes. Specifically ones that are fast and easy. So start posting so it's easier for us all to plan our menus. If you try a recipe, rate it in the comments. By the way, pretty much all of these recipes are from seeing one we would like to try so we put it on here just so we can find them again. Only a few of them are originally ours.

I really liked this one. It doesn't taste like it has veggies in it at all! It's a great way to squeeze in your 5 servings of veggies a day.
